Trevlig och sympatisk geuze med balanserad syra. Ensilage och en lätt örtighet balanserar med den pigga syran på ett mycket trevligt sätt. Mjuk och rund. Saknar kanske lite komplexitet och djup men det som finns där är finfint!

tog helg i dag. har plukt pynt te leiligheten i skogen, lagt shepherd’s pie, drukke bayer, hørre på saga og nå ska me snart se barca slida tungt mod juventus. trengte ein dag som dette.

I could look at the glass all day, that silky, foamy, infinite head. Green apple, subtle sweetness, oak, dry, with a bitterness at the end.
