2/10/2018 375. This has dried out a lot and has that great Boon grapefruit character as well as modest funk.

Aroma ácido láctico, cuero, Brettanomyces. Ligeros cítricos. Apariencia: Dorado velado. Con espuma blanca no persistente. Sabor: ácido láctico, bastante punzante. Brettanomyces, cuero. Ligero cítrico. Cuerpo ligero y CO2 muy alto. Final muy seco.

Huge explosion, beer everywhere. Pours clear with floaties. Very soft, plenty of boon cheese now at 4 years. Extremely drinkable.

Wat kan een bier toch mooi van smaak veranderen. Net de 2018 op en nu de 2015. Veel voller en steviger van smaak en een hele diepe afdronk.
