Aroma ácido láctico, cuero, Brettanomyces. Ligeros cítricos. Apariencia: Dorado velado. Con espuma blanca no persistente. Sabor: ácido láctico, bastante punzante. Brettanomyces, cuero. Ligero cítrico. Cuerpo ligero y CO2 alto. Final muy seco.

Minérale poussière , pétrole , Esther un peu weird et une très belle effervescence. J’ai bien aimer.

Batch 82707, 24/08/2037. Fairly typical Boon character of mineral and gravel, with the richer MP profile. Fairly dry, fairly low acid, a little bitter. Way too young, and not a batch for drinking early. Have three more, probably open next in three years.

Absolutely wonderful stuff, full of apple and citrus fruit flavour, hints of gooseberry and lemons, quite tart, high acidity, leading to a lovely oak and clove finish, brilliant brew

Never been the biggest fan of Boon. A bit simple, slightly boozy, but tasty.
