Outstanding wild aroma. Rustic, leathery, dry. Bretta all through. Horse, sweat, barn, hay. Raw cereal. Slightly fruity. Minor citrus. Apple, pear. Floral. Woody. This is so elegant and classy. Easy. Not aggressive. Low-medium bodied, silky, soft. Lovely.

Wild yeasty, wood, funkiness is in the undertones, this is dominated by a apple, pear, bright juicy lightness. A nice treat.

Delicious wild one. Huge animal feel. Dry, Bretta presence. Leathery. Horse, farm, hay, sweat. Raw Gueuze. Apple, pear. Low bodied, silky, mineral. Crispy, spritzy. Easy and refreshing. Amazing character. Rustic.

Aquele cheirinho dos cavalo, madeira, baunilha e floral. Sabor leve salgado, azedo leve, madeira e baunilha novamente, mel, maçã verde, um pequeno defumado, terrosa, acidez baixa, adstringente, agradável na boca pedindo mais e bem seca no seu final.
