Not over-carbed, good amount of head. Golden color. Initial aroma hit is "rustic" (aka horse blanket) but turns into citrus and acid. Very effervescent, light flavor with notes of wood. Decently sour/tart. Astringent finish that leaves

Not as sour as some lambics. Smells a little like funky cheese, carbonation dances on your tongue like champagne. Slight acidic flavor.

Subtiel zuurtje, volmondig zoet. Lichte stro geur. We zijn zuurder gewoon maar het is en blijft top.
