Absolutely fantastic, though the tannins are strong up front. #beeroclock #moreishness #questfor5000

Leicht sauer erfrischender Duft.

Brouwjaar 2013, zeer levendig, champagnebubbels. Redelijk zuur, smaken van zoete appel, richting cider, citrus, limoen. Lekker.

Complete contrast to the Oude (as you would expect). Sweet, tart, light apples

Sharp dry apples. A bit of oakiness. Seems to have aged well.

Smooth and velvety, lots of apple, pear, maybe Granny Smith on the tongue. Refreshingly dry! Nose is super floral, and shows off as accents throughout the bottle. This one has aged nicely, not too funky but very smooth

8 years old and slightly cloudy but perfect with the mussel pot.

Tart, dry, it’s got that funk and the aroma brings me back to all the best lambics I’ve had. Beer of the month, without a doubt!

Excellent retention of flavor for an 8yr old beer. Blending old lambic with new, sour, wild, and fruity

Wat een mooie ontwikkeling. Minder zuur zacht en soepel.

Very tannic, citrusy, some white grapes and pit bitterness. Funk more around the horse and hay than the leather or other wild funky notes. Very nice and balanced

This will never be my favourite style, but it's truly interesting and not unpleasant by any means. Quite tart. Very lively for an eight years old beer.
