Super interesting. Slightly tart and earthy funk, but not phenolic funk. Slightly dry/bitter/sweet on the finish; I assume it’s the vermouth influence. Really nice and different than my normal

So geuzeeeee! Loving this beer! Ownwrpopped it own and it’s got a nice mild barnyard funk, slight oaky flavor.

Good minerally Boon with higher than usual acid but still under control. Less vermouthy than when younger but it’s still there.
