A very adult brew. The funky lambic conjures up hints of blue cheese, and has a boozy, bitter finish. The cherry is well balanced too - this is fruity beer, not an alcopop.

Very promising hints of pastry and bisquity from the start and of course cherry thereafter. Gassy and bubbly body with cherry to dominate its flavour, nicely tarry and mouthcoating. Very drinkable and refreshing, nicely sourish. EUR 4.5 /0.35l

Brouwerij Boon, Belgien. Starkbier. 6,0%. Kräftig und würzig im Antrunk, intensive Säure, sehr trocken im Abgang. Ein sehr kräftiges wie auch elegantes Kriek mit einer sektartigen Rezenz. Präsentiert sich sehr edel!
