Lite besviken... Inte alls så sur som jag hade hoppats på. Kan bero på att middagen var mycket lime och syra från andra håll - uppdatering kommer efter nästa flaska

Very effervescent, very quiet beer. You expect the cherry flavour to be bolder yet it is very watery. As you can see, the bubbles are a little much. The beer is too little flavour wise, has an earthy backend which isn't favorable. Very light, boring

Interesting. It feels different than last years vintage. I remember it being dry but not having this champagne feel to it. Still made with really high quality cherries though and the cherry taste come out more as it warms up.

Väldigt torr och kolsyra som liknar mousserande vin. Även smak påminner en del om vin. Skulle vilja ha lite mer sötma för att lyfta fram smakerna som nu är ganska tama.

Tart as, bro. Like getting wasted slowly but surely sitting under a cherry tree in bloom in a Schaarbeek orchard on a sunny afternoon. I'd rather do that in fact, but sipping this on a sunny Helsingrad balcony wrapped in a down jacket works for me too.
