That nose and that colour! Balanced, mellow & mild fruity mouthfeel sustained by a decent belgian yeast presence. Delicate, not very sour nor very sweet. Subtly effervescent. Fair offering from Boon once again! 🥂

This is great. Massive raspberry aroma. A massive fruity flavour. With raspberry coming through great. Bit disappointed there is no tartness. Great colour. Easy drinking.

Taking a tour of the Vatican Museum, on Zoom of course. Someday we can do it in person again. Lots of fresh raspberry, but pleasingly dry in the finish.

We're back to virtual Roman tourism this afternoon, today is the Vatican Museums. Will get back to Italy sometime, for now is a nice change from our usual routine. Beer is smooth, sweet raspberry, a little tart, dry finish. Muted, like the edge wore off
