Нос:вишня,сарай,солома,пшеница кислая. Вкус:сухой,терпкий,свежий,в меру кислый и вяжущий.

Kersenroodkleurig, troebel bier met een lichtroze schuimkraag. De geur is licht zoetig, zurig en houtachtige. Heerlijke frisse fruitige smaak. Zuur, wrang, licht zoetig, houttonen, aards en een beetje wijnachtig. Droge, fruitige en lekker zure afdronk.

Waiter, there is a goat in my soup. So much bretty waxy clovey farmyard. Dark sour cherries Red grape skins. Bruised plums. Beautiful soft acidity. Plenty of oaky tannins but not at all harsh. A slight peppery bitterness to the finish. High carbonation.

Chair de cerises à fond! Bue pratiquement température pièce. Le funk ressort davantage qu’aux derniers essais. Dans le beau, bon et pas cher c’est toujours dur à battre. Très souvent regardée de haut à tort en raison de sa disponibilité. Bref, oui 👌
