The platonic ideal of the brew. The pinnacle of flavour-craft. Oak-aged ichor. What an exceptional vintage, and in turn, what a shame there are so few of it left. God bless beer.

Simply perfect. Smooth woody notes on the nose, very smooth acidity perfectly blending with some notes of soft wood tannins and even hints of apple, Almond and peach. Can't get enough of it!

A fruit nose that starts my mouth watering. Beautiful full funky flavour with tartness and a clean finish. A stunning beer.

Deze was heerlijk! Verfrissend, smaakvol, karakteristiek.. Bijna sour-achtig door de hogere zuurgraad, maar dat was wel naar mijn smaak.

Hmmm mm helemaal mijn ding! Zuur, bitter en lekker complex! Maar vooral fris. Zalig deze wil ik nog wel een keertje hebben 🍻😉
