Câlibinne, ça vieillit bien ça! C’est la meilleure Geuze Boon que j’ai bue depuis longtemps. Dense et goûteuse, léger funk poussiéreux.

Bitter yeastiness, sweet lemon, sparkling/hoppy. Tastes young. Getting sweeter and fruity as it warms in glass. Not the type of beer I often drink, so I'm hesitant to give it a grade of 4 or more, but that wouldn't be off.
