09/10/2021, flesje (4j oud). Mooie zurige appelbrettgeur. Lichtzure smaak, maar ook zoete toetsen, alles is mooi uitgebalanceerd en dat geeft een mooie, ronde smaak. Bitter, maar niet droog. Een echte delicatesse.

Definitely a good gueze. Love the "farm / horse blanket" taste. Not as many interesting notes as my favorite Cuvée, but still a great taste and a good kick. Really refreshing and full, but smooth. Kicks any lager in the teeth, but I'm a sucker for sours!!

Gueuze savoureuse, l'acidité est bien équilibrée par une bouche riche sur la pomme, le chêne et les saveurs complexes typique des lambics et gueuzes.

Bon petit funk, un peu pomme verte, barrique, notes d'épices, acidité très modérée, bulles délicates, finale sèche avec une pointe d'amertume. Très bonne!
