Mellow, pine sap, apple struddles, lemon meringue pie, lime juice and aome pineapple notes. Quite some acidity in the finish which is lovely. Must get some big bottles of this again to lay down. So very drinkable! Everyone loves parfait!

Simply perfect. Smooth woody notes on the nose, very smooth acidity perfectly blending with some notes of soft wood tannins and even hints of apple, Almond and peach. Can't get enough of it!

An overtly nice Geuze job. Crispy minerality, lemony and Granny Smith apple combo complemented by a touch of orange zest. Oaky, funky and dry.
