Quizás se queda algo corta en acidez y presencia respecto a las grandes referencias de la marca, pero me parece insuperable para iniciarse en el mundo lámbico. Seca y muy funky, con su poquito de madera, suavecilla pero puede gustarle a cualquiera.

Remarkable. I would love more geuze and lambic to make it over to us. Otherwise I might just have to make a trip to Belgium some time soon…

☮️🛐☮️ Scent of wet hay, yeast, bretts, a dash of apricoylt liquour. Tastes quite sour-bitter. Deep & complex taste that is hard to describe as this type of beer is definetely not favourite for me.

Få land har en så særegen ølkultur som Belgia, og få belgiske ølstiler er så særegne som lambic, her representert av Brouwerij Boon fra selve Lembeek. En gueuze, godt blendet av ung og gammel lambic, litt aprikos i nesen, tørr syrlighet og "låvepreg"
