LCI. Mousse blanc cassé, moyennement persistante. Robe jaune, reflets soufrés. Nez d'écurie, paille, foin, "pieds", acidulé. Attaque acide et minérale, foin/paille/herbacé. Finale âpre, amertume légèrement verte et acidité. Faible longueur.

Fris bier, romig met een klein zuurtje. Hele fijne mousse en fruitige smaak.
