Très agréable pour un petit dessert pétillant. Je verrais bien en accompagnement d’une tarte fine aux pommes 🤤 Se laisse déguster avec finesse !

Maybe too tart for some but I rate him very highly. Special beer with Matt to celebrate finishing the hedge trimmings. Belgian lambics. Just excellent.

Proof positive that Brettanomyces does not cure all nor produce beer that is unbelievable by adding it to whatever. Simply put, I don’t like Geuzes. I’ve tried many, and they are just not for me. I’m sure it’s a lovely Geuze.

Смущает отчетливо проявленная кисломолочка с аромате (я такое не люблю), в остальном - отлично: сено, сбалансированная кислотность, чуть цитрусов, чуть яблочного пирога с корицей.

Classic geuze profile — dry, crackery minerality. A touch on the sour side. Super spritzy
