Almost no body, a tad bit of dryness. Very fruity on the nose, but lacks those fruits in taste. Not too tart

Ну це вже важко назвати пивом, це вже можна сміливо ставити на одну полицю з сухими ігристими. Правда, навіть не знаю, щоб я з них обрав.

Как что-то новое зашло очень. Впечатление своеобразное. Довольно кисло, есть нотки барбариса, дюшеса и вишнёвой косточки.

En aldeles nydelig øk, og selv om det finnes andre bryggerier med enda mer status, så er dette en nytelse. Kompleks, typerett i en klassisk stil som aldri kommer til å gå av moten. Tenkelig syrlig, litt snerpende i ettersmak, passelig venøs, og bare god.

“Gentle flavour and mild tartness” - are you kidding ??? It’s sour all right & dry as a bone ! It’s got a sort-of “farmyard” nose to it and is the beer equivalent of a very dry cider. The 7% gives it body and makes it interesting. Perhaps - not my style !
