This one held up much better than the 2004, still well carbonated, pours a decent foam, feels fresher and funkier.

Bem Sequinha, acidez não tão agressiva.. E com um pouco mais de sensação de barril e leve amargor no retrogosto.

Maçã, damasco, pera, amêndoas, nuances florais, pimentão, muito carvalho, taninos presentes, acidez bem domada, álcool contido, final super seco. Cerveja maravilhosa. Já tinha tomado outras safras, mas não lembrava. Pra marcar os 42 na caxola.

(Pietro) Toch het wachten waard, vonden wij. Heeft wel flink wat lucht nodig. Je proeft de alcohol niet echt.
