Cheers. Quite complex lambic where sour oaky tart notes abound. Mild finish with plenty of carbonation. Glad I purchased it. Superb

Funky, horse blankety, nice amber hue. Nose was a bit muted but it is an 8 year old beer after all. Really enjoyed this and it stands up to 3F imo, but just a hair below. 4.4

4th of the set: Immediately acidic, with neutral, (very slightly) woody body and a phenolic finish and aftertaste. The taste is on the verge of being overwhelmingly Brett. If other beers from this series were artisan's tools, this one would be a hammer

Beczka, wytrawne, ser pleśniowy, pestka brzoskwini, sianko, najbardziej idące w stronę "śmierdzącej pleśni".
