A classic barnyardy earthy aroma and flavor. Dry leaves, hay, grass, and a little white wine and cheese rind aroma. Slight acidity, but closer to a sharp wine than most American sours. Very tasty.

Been sitting on this on. This is great. Champagne-ish but the Brett yeast comes through with its crispness and clean flavor of slight dried fruit and apple.

Lagret hos #verdensbestepol i over 2 år!

Sparkly, Belgian, zesty, sour, orange peel. Aged in cognac barrels. Very goot. Says best before the year 2036 holy shit! Brewed in 2014 bottled in 2016

oaky, sour, softly smooth maltiness and extenuated sweetness from the cognac. Cheers Penley. LCI 28/8

Bottled 12/15/2016. First a beautiful amber color. Initial mouthfeel is very soft, delicate but full bodied. Wine like. Gentle green apples, nothing too tart or overpowering. Wow, what a delicious Geuze Lambic, thanks Stave!!! It’s a Lambic evening…

Une Oude Geuze de chez Boon vieillie en foudre. Au nez on a pas mal de funk en faiiiit, mais en bouche se dégage une certaine rondeur, de beaux arômes de bois, légère touche de vanille Bourbon en milieu de bouche. Pairing : bleu d'Auvergne, Casanu.

Bottled 12/15/26. Pretty dry. Oakey and sour, with lots of character.

Hazy orange, aroma of banana, wheat, light funk. Not that tart. Dusty, dry, subtle fruitiness

Насыщенный, указана коньячная бочка. Жирнющий, плотный, умеренно кислый. Крутые танины. Очень богато.

Complex and pleasing, with a lingering presence. Has the faint nasal notes of a white wine, with the unmistakable front end of a lambic. Back end earthiness blends with remaining sweetness to leave behind visions of fruit and bygone places. Solid beer.

Dusty aul' barnyard, herbaceous nose. Grassy. Mellow and sweet orange rinds and a vanilla and caramelly touch on the palate. Absurdly delicious.

This is my favorite of the 4th that were packaged together. Dry, tart, and a bit fruity.

Mega skóra, skórzany pasek polany mokra wodą. Dość krotki finisz zatem to zawód.

Bright is the word I’d use to describe this. It’s absolutely brilliant.

Musty cork, Dense caramel chewy grain wet cattle feed (in a good way) nose, surprisingly thin and bubbly body for so many rich notes, dry champagne and Slightly bitter finish

If you didn't tell me it had brett, I would have never known. It's very unique.

Incredibly pithy on first sip, but blends in instantly after that. Caramel, oak, grapefruit, and funky apple. Good enough to stand head to head with 3F, wow.

Not as fruity and complex as 108, but still very nice.

Кислотне, але не настільки як vat108. Фруктове, цитрусове
