Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) K.

This is insanely boozy. Maple, and a decent amount of coconutty roastiness, and has a lot of of Utopias character.

Oude Geuze Boon à L'Ancienne - VAT 110 Mono Blend (2016) K.

A classic barnyardy earthy aroma and flavor. Dry leaves, hay, grass, and a little white wine and cheese rind aroma. Slight acidity, but closer to a sharp wine than most American sours. Very tasty.

Olde School (2012) K.

Too far gone, ultra oxidized.

Classic Gueuze (2017) K.

Pepper, spice, light candies sugar, earth, and a little briny cheese.
