Heel erg gecarboneerd, knalt open. Daarachter wel een fijne blend. Nog wat scherp wel.

Explosion à l'ouverture en mode retapissage de mur (blanc évidemment!). Grosse carbonation, on sent malgre tout une certaine complexité et un bon potentiel de garde, à retest après que la bouteille ait eu le temps de laisser les 10 lambics reposer un peu

Veel koolzuur, friszurig met hints van citroen, hij lijkt precies nog wat jong en mist nog wat karakter. Maar zo is het toch een beetje Toer de Geuze @ Home!

Cork nearly blew up into my face. Heavy carbonation. Might be a bit too young, but still pretty good. Luckily, I have 7 more bottles to age and compare over time.

Veelbelovend, benieuwd wat hij doet als hij nog wat gerijpt heeft. Een mooi einde van Toer de Geuze at home. En nu binnen twee jaar weer “nen echte Toer de Geuze” 😊

Earthy and funky, highly carbonated, quite smooth geuze. Rather low acidity. Mineraly. Really good taste, but carbo is way too high for me

Only had to touch the cage and the cork popped like a grenade - beer everywhere. However, it tastes great. Sour, acidic, a little bit funky (still young so not surprising), sherbety, and a balancing bitterness in the back of the throat. Carb is too much.
