Voorzichtig met openen. Als het ijzerdraad los is ben je de kurk al kwijt. Complexe geuze. Licht zuur, funky, wat rijpe banaan. Mooi in balans. Fruitig met een droge afdronk.

Big time carbonation. Cork went flying on it’s on at crown removal. But not too much of a gusher. Needs some time to let the flavor through the carbonation in the glass. Apply funky when you get to it. Smooth tart.

Still the undisputed champion for most explosive cork popping. I couldn't include the cork in the pic because I haven't a clue where it is. If I opened this outside, I'm not sure it would have landed yet.

Er zat erg veel druk op de fles: de kurk vloog bijna door m’n brillenglazen… Verder een goed bier: wat zuur, appel, abrikoos, vrij gevarieerde en lange nasmaak
