Очень приятный гёз, свежий, пахнет сырым дрожжевым тестом, немного сдобным, из которого бабушка сейчас будет лепить пирожки. Сухой, шелковистый, с очень мягкой кислинкой и терпкостью в конце. Весьма традиционно и приятно.
