Flink zuur met een onprettig geurtje. Zou een appelcider kunnen zijn Smaak wat vlak en kortstondig.

Not only is this beer phenomenal on it’s own, but being paired with a Beaufort cheese from Savoie, France takes it up a notch.

Aroma of old lemons, the laundry, yeasty crackers, almonds, brackeny funk, oak. Disappointingly hard texture but nice flavours. Fruity & bright with peach, old lemons, almonds. Medium sherry. Moderately sour. A little bitterness and a bit zingy at the end
