TdG LCI. Super solid. Sour, bitter, pithy, citrusy and quite balanced overall. Missing depth and funk, but this is young.

Open / spontane gisting wordt nog maar weinig gebruikt. Dat en de twee jaar lagering op hout, geeft een bijzondere smaak. Geen toevoegingen, toch mooi fruitige smaak, lekker zuurtje dat lang blijft hangen.

This beer is a gentle, strawridden reminder that although Boon is not thé most prolific producer in terms of specials they still know how to make great Geuze. Very enjoyable, but still a great ageing potential. To thé cellar with you !

Funk, wet wood, hay, light cider like aromas. Light body and carbonation, floating sediment. In mouth funk, dry, cereal notes, tart and dry sour finish.

Den luktå når eg poppa korken... Ville nesten gje 4.25, men blei litt for tynt i lengden.

Een mooie zurige geueze van Boon. Fff lekker zo bij het plannen van alle vrijwilligers voor PCL 2022 voor de volgende week.

Mooie blend. Wat hout, citroentjes, coatend mondgevoel en een flinke barnhouse funk.
