LCI. Apero van de avond met de mannen! Beetje te koud jammer genoeg waardoor je weinig kon analyseren. Uiteraard wel een frisse, toegankelijke, lichtzurige start met dat typische Boon-karakter

Very much a Boon. Large head. Pale yellow colour. Lemony. Moderate carbonation. Good value for a Lambic.

Een geuze (de assemblage is een mengeling van één, twee en drie jaar op eiken foeders gerijpte lambiek) met een fijne sprankel en een aangename citrustoets. Lange, droge afdronk.

Slightly rough around the edges. Nice leathery notes but dissipate too quickly. A little too dry; but I'm sure that it may have been better freshly bottled. Unfortunately these types of beer should not be that dry that young. Not bad but not a 3F. 3.85
