Young. Lots of sweetness still sticking around. Still in the middle of bottle conditioning? Bottle literally blew up as soon as we removed the cage. Very very complex oakiness. Should be dope with age

Fris zurige geuze met een aangename droge afdronk. Wel best niet neerleggen, want dan heb je heel veel vlokken. 🫣

Funky and sour in the aroma with a big head that disappears fast. Sour and funky in the flavor as well with a clear fruity touch of apple. It’s really good, not too sour and really balanced with high carbonation. It’s probably the best lambic I’ve had.
