Yum. Perfection for me. Fantastic mineral nose. Funk and lemon. Moderate acidity and gentle bitter pith edge, medium dry finish. Little must.

Mooi aroma bij ontkurken. Bescheiden maar wel blijvende schuimkraag. Vrij troebel met flink wat depot meegekomen uit de fles. Mooie gebalanceerde smaak met lekkere zuren en een toets bitter. Zeer lang aangehouden afdronk. Super lekker!

Fyllig, mjuk och lätt syrlig känsla. Tydlig ekad med mycket av syran kvar som är väl rundad och stilla. Röda och gröna äpplen. Både vitt vin om man tänker friskhet och rött vin med djup och struktur. Magnifikt sa jag!
