Olor y sabor intenso ácido, Madera/barrica, afrutado, suave acético. Cuerpo muy ligero, muy bajo amargor y seca.

LCI. Muy en la línea habitual de Boon, una gueuze asequible para todos los públicos pero con algo de complejidad. Entra suave, con una acidez moderada y notas sutiles de madera. Al final del trago se asalvaja y le sale un punto amargo y herbáceo.
