A Christmas gift from David V. on the quest to complete the wheel of styles. I have to say it is not my style. The honey and chilli take it slightly too far towards cough syrup, but I think that is a personal preference thing. I see the skill.

Never heard of acerglyn before it was added to the Wheel, found one online thanks to Anthony L. Starts honey sweet, lime & tequila. Pinch of salt, developing chilli heat. Bit cloying. First workday of 2021 cocktail hour.

Tegnapi üveg befejezése. Édes fehérbor, egy kis kellemes mellék ízzel. Sokkal jobban az ízlésem, mint az első mead amit kóstoltam(blueberry fox), azt hiszem adok még több esélyt ennek a stílusnak.

Out of date and been open a while. Strong, chilli much more obvious than last time I had it. Got a real kick. Lime finish.

Third attempt at ending the night...this mead is so unusual and tastes a bit like salty ham (?!) but it's alright! Cheers!

A lime-ot szerintem csak azért érzem mert ra van írva 😜, a chili a háttérben visszafogottan de érezhető és a juharszirup is azért ott van. Az első korty fura volt. Viszont összességében egy jó kis mead.

Sweet and rich - the lime stops it from being really thick and sickly sweet, which is a shame actually as I like that! Not my favourite mead but nice!

Smooth, somewhat spiced. Warming. Sweet with the faintest hint of zest. I really appreciate the chilli; not overpowering but makes its presence known. Lovely stuff. My eighth and final style of mead ticked off!

Wauw, eerste keer mede, werd een keer tijd, geur van lime, honing, spannend, heel anders dan menig ander, eerste teug honing, lime, hoog in koolzuur, zoetige champagne, niet teveel pit van de peper, tof!

Egy nagyon édes fröccs nagyon kevés szénsavval és a végén csilivel.
