Uncellared - Nose: exactly jam, boubon, peanut. Body: plush carpet. Profile: earthy berry tartness, something tingling along the sides of the tongue like chili but alcholic, too. Aftertaste: berry, peanut, tart; unctuous.

Exciting. And deliscious. Intense blackurrant and also burbon. Just a tad peanut. Great experience. Fruit, mead, acid, balanced.

Pour le prix, belle surprise ! Pas trop sucré, pas mal acide, a fond sur le cassis. Manque quand même le PBJ.

Fizuemelèst ünnelelendő esti könnyed itóka. Durván savas svart feeling :) PBJ-t hiányolom, gyümölcs és a hordó jön szokásos mead ízzel. Többet érdemelne, de a sav nekem nagyon elviszi :(

Pihent egy napot a hűtőben és jót tett neki! Igaz a szénsavas elillant, de sokkal kerekebb lett.

Ez valami kegyetlen jól sikerült. Érződik rajta a hosszas Bourbon hordós érlelés. Az eddigi legjobb Mead Scientist talán nekem.
