This is absolutely brilliant! I was surprised when I opened... bright, thick orange carrot colour. Sweet honey, zingy citrus and a ton of carrot that will help me see clearly tonight. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and punch it up with a healthy 9% abv.

Never have I ever: Had an alcoholic drink that glows in the dark! The colour is enough to put you off, but close your eyes and think "mead" and you'll get there. A ton of adjuncts probably make this much more palatable. An experience, that's for sure!

Carrot Cake Mead with Carrot, Lime Puree, Lemon Puree, Orange Zest, Cinnamon and Vanilla. 9% kicker. Scores low, but I disagree. This is quite the invention. It all works, alight spice to the puree, and the booziness lands so well. Love it.
