Been craving a great stout. Had two of these so here we go. Last one being saved for a day when my 2017, 2018, and 2019 will all go together. Still really sweet. Very faint booze at this point. See what happens as it warms up a bit.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) McGrath

This beer hasn't been cellar'd, it's been barn'd. Meaning it was outside for 90 degree summer days, the negative 14 day last February, and the 100 degree sauna days of running the wood stove into the danger zone. This is the first of three barn'd beers.

Backwoods Bastard 2021 McGrath

New amp, old beer. Wish I stock piled these like I did with KBS. Booziness is definitely diminished. Oak and caramel far more forward than a fresh one.

120 Minute IPA (2020) McGrath

Only 15 percent this year. Tastes very strong, but also more drinkable. Not sure the trade offs are worth it.
