French Toast Bastard F

One of the most fragrant French toast brews ever. Vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. The scotch ale base is a little thin for the profile but sldamn if it isn't still good. Not overly sweet

Wake Up World Wide Stout F

Very dry and toasty coffee and oak, could use a little tiny bit of additional sweetness, maybe a lactose hit.

4 Giants IPA (2022) F

A heavy and slightly higher sweet malt content than typical for a hazy

120 Minute Ipa (2022) F

Haven't had this on draught in YEARS! So unbelievably fruity and smooth for the booze hiding underneath. Dangerously good.

KBS Espresso (2021) F

A very balanced coffee variant, oak is right up front but not overly so. Low sweetness and slightly thin viscosity

Nitro KBS F

Nice and oakey, the nitro makes its decadent and smooth. Sometimes it's good to get a less sweet BA stout.

Higher Math F

Thick and syrupy cherry booze bomb. Ethanol hit is tamed by the faint chocolate. In the end, surprisingly drinkable for 17%

In Tandem F

As expected, a super old school IPA with an earthy depth and a little citrus rind

NITROCHARGEDTURBOBLASTER F

Velvety nitro pull of a mighty fine coffee stout. Not overly bitter but it's all coffee that finishes clean

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter F

A slightly sweet, faint malt and molasses plum juice with a dried fruit finish. Impressed.

KBS F

Forgot to tick this off yesterday. As usual definitely 1000x better as it warms. Decent oak, lots of cocoa.

120 Minute IPA (2020) F

Always a well balanced big punch big boy. Happy bday Tim.

Hazy-O! F

Even with the oats and wheat, still pretty clear and thin. Why they callin this Hazy? A slight sweet fruit note mixed with an inoffensive blonde ale.

90 Minute Imperial IPA F

I guess this is my annual pour of this OG westy. Still holds up if you can appreciate what IPA was before ca 2013

Nitro CBS (2019) F

Far better than the standard variant from years back. The nitro is doing all the good things for the mouth feel. Sweeter and oakier than I recalled. Good stuff.

Walking Run F

Decent hop profile, definitely on the lighter/session side.
