Excellent beach beer. Salty and easy drinking BUT the tequila barrel adds a whole nother quality with wood-y vanilla notes. A great beer for the price.

For a mass produced non-BA barleywine, this hits. You get a roasty malt, a piney hop flavor almost like a west coast, then a dark porter / stout mouthfeel and aroma. I’d give it a 4.1.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Morgan
Lots of cinnamon and vanilla, not a lot of bourbon barrel. Pretty sweet.

Jammy red wine seems accurate. A good little kick but still drinkable for 17%.

Rich raisin and maybe plum. A strong ale type of sweetness that flows smooootj.

Real real easy to drink. Cherry aroma with that dry lambic deliciousness.

Impressively deep. A hoppy darker IPA that now has some sweet caramel and oak notes. Aged excellently.
