Been a bit... Classic. Crazy how old school this is now. Tasting great on draft.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2021)

Bottle froze while shipping... April 28 2021 probably freshest I have had. Aroma is incredible fresh raspberry. Oddly enough I think much of what was left frozen in the bottle was water so diluted flavor... Strange experience. Luckily bottle 2 survived.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2008)

Very vinous and sulfury/mineral water forward. Funky gueuze goodness. Dregs are like skin flakes lmao. Got it back in the day when those Manchester CT shelves were rich. Straw, lemon, horse, musty.

Lou Pepe Kriek (2014)

Cherry insanity. Brewed 2012. Bottle date om back and cork 2014. Beautiful cherry.

Gueuze 100% Lambic (2000)

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

S tier aroma. Darn good taste. Captures the cocktail really well. Glad I grabbed this one. Cherry really brings the barrel, sweet malts and orange together. Boozy but reminiscent of a mixed drink.
