Memory started to fade but could tell at this point , just finding these vintage lambics to be a bit of a let down for me ! No robust funk tartness and carbonation! I guess it’s me and not into vintages ! Still yet to be blown away by a good vintage .

A cool experiment. Massive blue cheese funk on the nose, less abrupt on the palate, rather dry in fact. Still some life in the carbonation too.

Tart, pretty soft. Darker in colour. Aged very well. From the cellar of an aunt.

Aromas: ácido y acre Sabores: Acido, salado entra bien, calentándose en la boca deja una sensación de amargor, luego desaparece y deja el seco y salado. Se aprecia un recuerdo a vino blanco no filtrado. Esta buena.

Restjesdag brouwerij Boon. Deze Geuze Mariage Parfait 2008 werd nog vollledig gemaakt met lambiek in de oude brouwzaal, een historisch fles dus.

Not much carb left. It does taste like Geuze but it's oddly sweet. Gotta take a chance on some dusty old shit now and again 🤣 don't think this one is as intended though. Never mind, glad I got to try it

Het echte zure was er van af, maar daardoor waardeerde ik hem enorm. Lekker een droge hap met subtiel zuurtje.

Dourada, com pequena e rápida formação de espuma branca. Aroma amadeirado, de couro e leve frutado. Bem seca, com amargor mediano que permanece até o final. Safra de 2008, degustada 14 anos depois. Armazenada com carinho no fundo da minha cervejeira.

Very vinous and sulfury/mineral water forward. Funky gueuze goodness. Dregs are like skin flakes lmao. Got it back in the day when those Manchester CT shelves were rich. Straw, lemon, horse, musty.

Wauw, deze is fantastisch geëvolueerd. Beetje karamel, hout (het vat in de neus), zeer rond en zacht van smaak. Zuurtje is er volledig uit, das enige dat ik mss mis.

This geuze was perfectly tart followed by a sour lingering note rounded out by a slightly yeasty nuttiness and super subtle sweet cherry and cranberry notes that kept me sippin' 'til my glass was empty.
