This has gotten even better with age. Dry cinnamon. Delicious cream, and vanilla. Not sweet, but tastes exactly as the essence of French toast.

Great boozy caramel spiced notes. Almost like a pumpking meets an octoberfest. Full-bodied. Thanks Jeremiah R.

After having flying dog's, this is the superior beer. Sweet, yet hoppy.

KBS Espresso (2021) B

A little less impressed with this year than last. Still a silky viscosity but less bold upfront flavors. Wish it felt like I was drinking a cup of coffee more.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa B

Dry unsweet cocoa. Raw vanilla bean. The only sweetness coming from the boozy barrels. Nice and consistent for a barrel aged stout, not the best kbs varient, but on the same level of most BCs without the big price tag.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020) B

When Jeremiah R. And I pitched in for this beer last year, little did I know, or plan that we would be opening it EXACTLY one year after it's bottle date "03/20/2020," the day he got engaged. I love you both and congrats! Sometimes the universe is funny.

Panther Cub (2021) B

"It's illegal in nine countries. Yep, it's made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good." Fantastic barrel aged porter. I'm loving this trend. Creamy body, but not heavy. Chocolate coats your mouth. Barrel on the front, and woody vanilla finish.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge B

It's a beautiful day, today. Let's start drinking! Best variant of KBS to date by far. Nose is barrel and syrup. On initial sip you get that deep Fudge sweetness, followed by the woody bourbon flavor. Absolutely in love with this one. Wish I had more.

Grilling days are winding down! Good outside fall beer. A little on the thin side, but the ginger and cinnamon peak through.
