I don't know the exact year on this but I bought and stored this bottle on July 6th 2017. Incredibly smooth now. Almost grape-like flavor. Aromatic, not bitter in the slightest. Perfect for saying goodbye to Elko.

The flavor has changed a little this year. Still wonderful, but definitely more bitter now. Less boozy/rich than in the past.

Best when warmer. Way less bitter and more flavorful. Pretty rich and heavy.

Nice and tart but with a lot of cherry flavor. I love the tartness. The odd part is the finish/aftertaste is a bit metallic. Love the nose on this beer.
