Still has that barrel but a little flat. At 7 years may be past its prime.

Batch this year is kinda meh. Thin bodied, barrel comes thru but missing something on the finish.

This is surprisingly good, way better than the OG. Maple, cinnamon deliciousness.

Roasted coffee nites but thin bodied and lacks depth of flavor. Sadly … not what it has been in previous years.

KBS Hazelnut (2022) C

Better as it warmed but lacking in flavor and depth.

5 years in and has aged very well. Goes well with brisket and eggs.

Backwoods Bastard 2021 C

Always liked this beer. Nice change of pace, lots of oaked bourbon barrel and caramel.

Very coffee forward, bitter espresso on the nose, no sweetness at all on the finish.
