Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) C

Much less carbonation than when fresh. I think the chocolate has come to the fore and the coffee is diminished to its dry, roasty bitter character. Smooth vanilla-y oaky bourbon comes out towards the back. Thx again for these, Jay

Rose De Gambrinus (2023) C

Bright raspberry in the front. Minerality and a mild funk in the middle. Tart, very dry finish.

Nath (2022) C

Mineral and lemon--peel citrus before sharp, tart rhubarb. Happy to be able to visit the new Volo location for the first time!

Oude Geuze Boon (2017-2018) C

Features a light minerality and a restrained tartness. Lemon and orchard fruit notes before a dry finish. One of the easiest-drinking geuzes i've had.

Boon Framboise 2019 C

Massive raspberry nose. Sweet berry front. Light white wine notes with a gentle tartness in the back. Dries out in the finish.

120 Minute IPA (2014) C

Deep caramel notes before resinous spice. Bitter but smooth. Thanks again Jay

Effervescent and aromatic. Woody, earthy, with some pear notes and a very dry minerality on the back. Thanks very much for getting this Jay
