Tart raspberry niceness. Flavour actually is close to lingonberry which is also good.

Light but tasty. Apricot, peach.

Nelson Sauvin Brut 2020

Brut lambic-like. Smooth and drinkable. Wine tannins. Not bad

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018)

Coffee and dark chocolate. Some vanilla. Alcohol warmth.

Backwoods Bastard (2016)

Oaky caramel, dryness probably from alcohol. Could actually use more sweetness. Hint of those barrel chemical notes in scent. Alcohol warming in the end.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020)

Cherry juice. Not very sour, especially for a lambic. Good, though.
