Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2023) Rosinia
Dry hopped. Always my least favorite. Still good, but maybe I just don’t like hoppy lambics.

This is a super interesting beer. It's peppery, herbal, light, not overly tart and super refreshing. I rarely seek out Cantillon or buy lambic, but this is right up my alley.

August 2022 bottling. Super jammy. Always a favorite and hard to not buy when you see one on the shelf at Craft. BFLN.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Rosinia
Black pepper really made it into something so unique. The aroma was amazing. I also love peppery saisons and this was definitely memorable. Bravo!

Eh. Not in love with this. I feel that lambic always tastes better out of a bottle but maybe I’m just an idiot.
