Super mellow with age but still had a nice little spiciness. Well rounded overall. Think I still have like 5 more years' worth to try out.

All I can think of is the Sealab where the guy makes his tamales with "Cinnamon!" Great episode. Pretty good beer.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Buckley
Was actually not super-duper impressed by this one. Came in a WAY hot and didn't seem to have a ton of depth. Would try again though.
