Likely a 2018-2019 vintage but too faded to tell. Aged beautifully.

FLN. Sherry all over, booze is more mild than the traditional. Not a huge fan of it being served “still” but definitely brings out the flavor.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Wesselius

Coffee is muted. Flavor is still solid.

This is right up my alley. Booze takes on Utopia’s brandy quality, sweetness thankfully takes a backseat.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Wesselius

Another hit of stout month. Loads of barrel, roasty and complex caramel notes. Aging really might make this perfect. I can’t emphasize this enough— DRINK IT WARM.
