Wanted this on a clean palate. STRONG boozy Utopias on the nose. Thick and rich Utopias caramel and wood from the barrels. Then fades into some lingering hip bitterness of the 120. Amazing balance and flavors

Maybe it’s b/c I just had a Utopias but I’m getting more of that than 120, but that’s a good thing in my book

120 Minute IPA (2020) Kearns

I get letting these age to see it change to a Barleywine, but if given one option, these are best enjoyed fresh to get the full hop experience. Bitterness almost absent. Resinous citrus is all that remains to try and tame the monstrous malt sweetness

Stumbled across this in LBK!? Couldn’t pass it up. Acetic and sour, but in a good way. Enough tart sweetness to keep it from being overly sour. Very dry from beginning to end
