First of the day, favorite of the day. Vinous, dry, the grapes are light and complex. Some wood, tartness, really delicious.

So interesting how opinions are so varied. I love it. Clear orange peel, light funk/astringent on the back of the tongue. Could drink a lot more of this.

Hard to rate. Pure beer juice. I would never drink this again but can’t judge whether or not it was well made. Definitely the lowest point of Zwanze Day. I guess it’s an experiment and that’s the point?

Outstanding blend of flavors…berry cobbler, very faint funk, the vanilla stayed hidden until the end for me.
